Terms of Trade


We will enjoy working with you to make your supply of all your kitchen equipment and small goods, a simple, pleasurable task.  Supplying you only high quality products with great backup service. Our friendly, helpful, obliging team at Midway who’ve had 18 years of experience serving this industry will gladly assist you.


Payments are made before dispatch of goods unless by prior arrangement or you have an account set up to charge to.
Payment options are cheque, internet banking or credit card via paypal.
Pricing is all GST exclusive, but total including GST will show once order is processed.
Ownership of goods will not pass to the buyer until payment is received in full.


If a product you order is temporarily out of stock, we will advise you of the expected dispatch date either by phone or email and the product will be sent to you as soon as it becomes available. You will not be charged any additional delivery costs for backordered items delivered to you at a later date.


Returns are credited in the manner in which they were originally paid, unless a balance exists under your customer name.
Note: Unfortunately, freight charges on returns are not refundable. However, if you have received the incorrect product or goods are faulty, Midway will arrange return of your order and you are not required to pay for standard delivery on the outgoing parcel.


We work closely with our carriers to ensure best possible service and delivery times, however some delays may occur which are outside our control.  We will work to resolve these issues immediately. 

Standard delivery timeframe for orders placed before 2.30pm – North Island next day and South Island 2 days.

Claims or non delivery of goods must be made within 5 working days and claims for damage of goods in transit must be made within 48 hours.
